According to our experience, the moisture content of tea residue after extraction before pressing and dewatering is about 79%~91%, which mainly depends on the length of time the tea residue is placed in the tea residue temporary storage tank after extraction, and the moisture content of tea residue after dewatering by our press is between 50%~75%, but because the tea residue with 50% moisture content is relatively light, It is not conducive to open-top trucks, and it is easy to drift in the wind, leading to new problems.
Therefore, our company suggests that for the tea residue after extraction, after dehydration by the press, the minimum moisture content standard should be set below 75% moisture content, basically placed on the ground without water seepage, no water can be grasped by hand.
Customers can also set the required water content standard at 70% or below, but the processing capacity of the press will be reduced, in other words, the original 3Ton press model can be processed by the factory, due to the lower water content after dehydration, it is necessary to install 5Ton models to meet the production requirements, and naturally increase the cost of purchasing equipment.
Our company only based on experience, that as long as the dehydration treatment to the moisture content of less than 75%, you can meet the requirements of most customers, there is no need to ask for lower. Except as customers have other special needs. |
