The function of tea residue press and dehydrator is introduced

The double screw press dehydrator developed by our company is composed of stainless steel frame, motor drive system, feed box, feed screw and press screw, stainless steel shield and electrical control part. The screw is driven by the reducer through the gearbox, wherein the conveying screw rotates with the main shaft, and the press screw is set on the main shaft to rotate in reverse with the conveying screw. The material enters the equipment from the feed box and is pressed under the speed difference of the two sections of spiral winch. The excess water is discharged through the screen through the liquid outlet, and the dehudrated tea residue is discharged through the discharge port.

In order to adapt to the 24-hour production characteristics of the food and beverage production line, strengthen the structural design, and effectively extend the maintenance period to more than 18 months, our design team can design different compression rates according to the material moisture content and production speed needs of different customers, to meet the site conditions.

In order to solve the problem, producers have come up with a variety of ways to solve the storage and treatment of tea residue, which is really a dazzling array of unique tricks.
 
 

Our company has been serving food and beverage production customers for many years, growing together with customers, and also experiencing the urgency of tea residue treatment. After our research and development equipment and field tests, it is concluded that the first priority of tea residue treatment is dehydration, which can not only solve environmental health problems, but also reduce the cost of tea residue transportation.

After actual testing, due to the tea residue fiber, the general dehydrator is not applicable, such as the single screw variable pitch press, which is easy to block slag and difficult to deal with in use, and the filter press and the stack screw dehydrator are unstable because of the poor fluidity of tea residue.

Based on the experience of providing customers with nearly 40 tea residue press and dehydrator, the double screw press has the best effect and the most stable, and our company has constantly improved the design through the problems found in the use of it, and it is now the fifth generation model.
The features of the fifth generation model are as follows:
1. Centralized management of bearing lubrication points, convenient operation of maintenance personnel filling butter.
2. Circular arc Angle design is adopted inside the water extraction area and slag extraction area to reduce dead angles.
3. Design nozzles in the water extraction area and spray the internal space manually or automatically.
4. Strengthen bearing sealing and extend bearing life.
5. Reduce the bearing load of the main shaft copper sleeve, extend the service life of the copper sleeve, shorten the annual maintenance time.
